Everyone remembers great songs that were on the radio while they were having some good times. Those songs become the soundtrack for a person’s life. The Ohms Brothers play the soundtrack of good times…the background music of life.
After many years of solo performances Dennis Schilligo teamed up with Guy Kingsbury and the Ohms Brothers Duo played their first gigs in April, 2007. Many years later, with many hundreds of performances behind them, they are still having fun at each show and doing their best to share that fun with everyone willing to listen. Dennis and Guy constantly work to improve each performance to reach their goal of being the best duo in the Saint Louis and Saint Charles area of Missouri.
“It’s nice to have so many friendly people thanking us for our music with big smiles, a thumbs up or applause. It's also nice seeing them singing along. Sometimes we see people hold up their cell phones so their friends at home can listen to us. Part of the joy of music is sharing it. Looking out and seeing so many familiar faces of people who come back to hear us time and time again energizes us. There are a lot of great musicians in the St. Louis region whom the Ohms Brothers admire. Their work often inspires us to keep improving with the hope that we will be well recognized as one of the top guitarist vocal duos in the area. So to have so many nice people come to see us again and again is both humbling and gratifying.” - Dennis

Ohms Brothers in Missouri Life!
"Missouri Life" is a great magazine about events and attractions in Missouri. The publisher, Greg Wood, had this to say in his column after hearing the Ohms Brothers:
“...But you'll also find great musicians in places like St. Charles where you can catch the Ohms Brothers every Wednesday night at R.T. Weiler's on Main Street in the historic district. You won't believe how good they are until you hear them. But the one thing they are not is brothers, ironically. The duo consists of virtuoso lead guitarist Guy Kingsbury and rhythm and lead guitarist Dennis Schilligo. They can play over 400 songs and sound just like the originals from Crosby Stills and Nash to David Gray. Their acoustic/electric blend has perfect balance without blowing you out of the room...”
